Important booking information: Pool heating available for $350 first day, $200 subsequent days (48-24 hours advance notice required). Pet fee $195 (cats not permitted due to allergies). Quiet hours 10pm-7am with $1000 noise violation fee. No smoking within 10 feet of house. Unauthorized photography/videography incurs $5000 fee. Early check-in/late check-out $50/hour. Late check-out beyond 15-minute grace period incurs $100 fee. Lost items return shipping minimum $50.
