The second guest bedroom offers a queen bed and Smart TV, while the third guest bedroom provides a queen bed, Smart TV, and convenient private access to the backyard.

Inside, you will find an open-concept living room with a large comfortable couch and direct access to the pool. The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef's delight with brand new appliances, including an air-fryer, blender, and Keurig. For dining, the home offers a dedicated dining room for 6 and a large island that seats an additional 3 guests.

The outdoor area is the crown jewel of the property. Enjoy a beautiful private in-ground chlorine pool (15ft x 28ft) with pebble tec finishes, a relaxing hot tub, and a mini putting green with clubs and balls provided. Practical Information:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: One dog allowed (up to 60 lbs) for a $150 fee per stay. Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
• EV Charging: 50 AMP charger available in the garage (bring your own cord).
• Pool Heat: Daily fee of $125 (plus tax) upon request.
• City Regulations: All guests must sign a Rules & Regulations document and provide a valid driver's license prior to arrival.
• House Rules: Primary renter must be 25+. No parties, smoking, or vaping indoors. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. Maximum 3 vehicles allowed in designated parking areas.
