Each of the three bedrooms is appointed with a king-size bed, including a primary suite featuring an en-suite bathroom and bathtub. For additional flexibility, the living area includes a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 8 guests.

• Pool Heating: Available upon request (one day's notice) for a daily fee ($180 May-Sept / $250 Oct-April)
• Policies: No parties or events. All extra guests must be approved by the host and depart by 9:00 PM
• House Rules: No smoking (including e-cigarettes) inside or within 15 feet of doors. Only toilet paper may be flushed due to the septic system
• Security: Exterior cameras monitor the front and rear entrances
