The sleeping arrangements include two queen beds in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom offers a stunning oceanfront view, ensuring you wake up to the beauty of the coast.

Inside, the condo features a galley-style kitchen equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, stovetop, and dishwasher. This property is for families only; house parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are strictly prohibited. No pets, smoking, or trailers are allowed. Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted on site. Additionally, guests do not have access to the onsite restaurant, arcade, or fitness center.

Important Note: Linens, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. Linens can be arranged in advance for $35.00 per bed. Please be aware that starting January 12, 2026, the lobby will undergo renovations including flooring replacement, and guests should expect associated noise.
