The home features a thoughtfully designed layout with 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed, closet, and ceiling fan, and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 6 guests. For larger groups, an optional air mattress is available to extend the capacity.

Inside, the open living room offers varied seating and a smart TV for streaming movie nights. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking with a propane stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and full cookware. The dining area includes a raised bar with stools and a whimsical cork world map where guests can leave their mark using a provided Polaroid camera. For entertainment, a dedicated family room houses a pool table, board games, and a record player with a vinyl collection.

The outdoor space is built for slow desert days. Guests can cool off in the 5-foot deep in-ground pool featuring a Baja shelf and water loungers, or soak in the hot tub. As the stars come out, you can gather around the propane firepit or relax in the hammocks and sun loungers. The expansive grounds are landscaped with pines and Joshua trees, providing a habitat for local wildlife, including a resident Cooper's hawk.

Located in Yucca Valley, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the high desert. Please note that the home is near a military base in 29 Palms, so occasional noise from aircraft or exercises may occur. Access to the property involves a brief, well-maintained dirt road navigable by most vehicles.
