While the property can accommodate up to 12 guests in total, please note there is a maximum capacity of 8 adults. The sleeping arrangements include the four main bedrooms and additional bunk beds located in the games room, which can accommodate up to 4 children under the age of 16.

Layout highlights include:

• Upper Level: The main entertainment hub featuring a comfortable lounge, expansive dining areas, and a modern open-plan kitchen. This level opens onto a private balcony with lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean, complete with a private pool and gas barbeque/braai.
• Middle Level: The entrance level containing 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including one en-suite), along with a convenient guest toilet.
• Lower Level: A dedicated space for relaxation and fun, featuring the fourth en-suite bedroom and a games room equipped with a TV, comfortable couches, and a pool table. This level also provides access to a downstairs patio with a plunge pool.

To ensure a seamless stay, the home is equipped with battery backups to mitigate the effects of local load shedding. These batteries power all lights, WiFi, and most plugs, keeping the entertainment active. The kitchen features a gas HOB and the balcony has a gas braai, ensuring cooking remains effortless during power outages. Note that air conditioners, the washing machine, dryer, electric oven, and geysers are not powered by the backup system.

Located in the movie-set pretty area of Camps Bay, guests are moments away from palm-lined beaches and the stunning backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range. The buzzing Victoria Road, lined with restaurants, bars, and clubs, offers a vibrant setting for an unforgettable getaway. This is a semi-detached home within a complex of four dwellings; as such, road noise may be experienced during peak traffic times.
