The primary bedroom features a full king size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, while the third bedroom is a custom-built bunk room featuring five twin beds—super comfortable and great for kids or kids at heart. Every room is outfitted with new mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep, and the home includes four smart TVs with cable and Firestick.

Designed for convenience and comfort, the home features a full kitchen equipped with new quartz countertops, a large sink, dishwasher, fridge, full stove, and microwave. The living area opens onto a private balcony with a gas BBQ, overlooking serene spruce trees and a stunning mountain backdrop. For added convenience, a full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit, and a portable AC unit is provided for those warmer summer months.

Guests have access to world-class resort amenities, including what is described as the best outdoor heated swimming pool in town and three separate hot tub areas, with one conveniently located just down the hall. Additional onsite facilities include a spa, fitness center, and heated underground parking.

Located in Canmore, Alberta, the property is ideally situated with easy highway access and a multi-use trail right outside your door. This trail connects you to the best of the area, allowing you to walk to main street shops and cafes or bike all the way to Banff and beyond.

• Parking: One dedicated free parking spot is available (7'3" entrance for larger vehicles). Additional vehicles must use street parking or paid town lots.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. Zero smoking tolerance inside or on the balcony (including vaping, cannabis, and e-cigarettes); violations result in a $250 penalty.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise disturbances may result in a $250 fine.
• Management: This is a privately managed unit. Please contact the host directly for supplies or maintenance, as the Wolf building front desk cannot assist with these requests.
