Palm Vista comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed plus a fold-out full bed in the closet, the second bedroom features a king bed with another fold-out full bed, and the third bedroom includes a queen bed. All mattresses, including fold-outs, are memory foam for restful nights. Each bedroom includes bedside tables with white-noise machines, sliding closets with full-length mirrors, extra pillows and bedding, and dimmable recessed lighting with ceiling fans.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. Guests receive a unique door code 2 days prior to arrival for secure, 24/7 access. The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and takes up to 2 hours to heat. Pool heating is available for $125 plus tax per day when requested in advance. Please note that all guests must sign a Rules and Regulations document and provide valid driver's license identification per City of Palm Springs regulations. The property welcomes one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a $150 per stay fee, with additional cleaning charges for any waste beyond hair.
