Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This spacious home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping configuration includes three bedrooms each equipped with king size beds, plus a comfortable queen size sofa bed in the living area. The master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the highly desirable "on the mesa" neighborhood, the property is located in a peaceful and quiet area that maintains a true desert feel both indoors and outdoors. You are just a short 10-minute drive from the picturesque Joshua Tree National Park, where you can enjoy rock climbing, hiking, biking, and stargazing. Local restaurants, unique antique shops, and cafes in Yucca Valley are also within a quick 10-minute drive.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) for a fee of $60 per pet per stay, though they are not permitted in the pool. Please note that smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the property and within 15 feet of exterior doors. Parties and events are strictly not allowed. All extra guests must be approved by the host and must leave the property by 9:00 PM per County STR code.

Additional policies include a $200 fee for plumbing misuse (only toilet paper may be flushed) and a $200 charge for late check-outs exceeding 20 minutes. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee ($180/day May-Sept; $250/day Oct-April) upon request one day prior to arrival. As this is a wild desert environment, guests should be mindful of local insects and wildlife.
