Guests can unwind on porch rocking chairs within the fully fenced front yard or retreat to the backyard, where a pool, in-ground hot tub, and sun loungers beckon. To ensure a comfortable swim, optional pool heating is available upon request (heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM). Rates for heating vary by season: $75/night from November to March, and $50/night during April, May, and October. For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire duration. The hot tub is available at no extra charge and can be activated at your fingertips via remote control for a soothing soak.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (up to 2 per stay). Fees are $89/dog/stay for 2-20 nights, and $199/dog/stay for 21+ nights. Pets must be picked up after in the yard. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee. Please note, the property is not feline friendly.
