Pool service occurs Tuesdays and Fridays between 6-8 AM. Please note that pets are strictly prohibited due to owner allergies. Early check-in and late check-out available for $75 each (subject to availability, late check-out requests must be submitted by 8:30 PM the night before). City ordinance requires quiet hours after 8-10 PM with no outdoor music, maximum occupancy of 10 overnight guests plus 4 daytime visitors. Code enforcement violations result in guest-paid fines and potential eviction. Festival reservations (Coachella weekends 1 & 2, Stagecoach) are non-refundable after booking. Emergency contact dispatch fees apply: $50 daytime, $100 after 10 PM. Swimming pool waiver required - guests assume all risks and liability.
