The spacious main bedroom is a true haven with a king bed and a private bathroom equipped with a double sink vanity, a stand-alone shower, and a separate jetted tub. The second bedroom provides versatile sleeping arrangements with two double beds and a large closet, ensuring plenty of space for up to 6 guests.

Situated within the gated, 24/7-secured Kingston Resort, the property provides a safe and family-friendly environment. While the resort is expansive, please note that the Embassy pool and Splash Park are not included, and passes are not available.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all, please adhere to the following house rules: Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A $500 refundable security deposit is required. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property, including the balcony ($500 fine). Pets are not permitted ($500 fine). Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM ($50 fine), and no items may be hung on the balcony ($100 fine). The minimum rental age is 25 years (at least half of the group must be adults). Motorcycles, trailers, campers, RVs, and grilling are prohibited.
