To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please note the following practical information and house rules. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. There is a strict 7-night minimum rental requirement. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. For security, city ordinances require guests to submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to arrival. Additionally, because this is a gated community, guests must visit an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve the necessary community access cards.

This is a dog-friendly property (though not feline friendly), welcoming up to 2 dogs per stay. Dog fees are $89 per dog for stays between 2-20 nights, and $199 per dog for stays of 21 nights or more. We kindly ask that you pick up after your pets in the yard. Please be aware that pets brought onto the property without prior knowledge will incur a $500 fee, and extensive pet damage may result in additional charges.

To maintain a peaceful environment, we enforce 100% quiet hours outside from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No outdoor music is permitted, and doors must remain closed if music is played inside the home. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence.
