★ NO PARTY: Parties, loud gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1,500 fine.

★ NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Additionally the use of weed, marijuana, or any similar substances is strictly prohibited outside the house. Violation will result in: A $1,500 fine, Additional $500 deep-cleaning fee, Potential furniture replacement costs

★ NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property

★ NO FIREARMS OR ILLEGAL DRUGS

★ NO CANDLES: To maintain a safe environment, candles are not allowed.

★ NO PETS: This is a pet-free rental to accommodate guests with pet allergies. If evidence of pets is found, a $1,500 fine will apply, along with an extra cleaning fee of $100 per night, per pet.

★ CHILDREN are welcome, but the property is not childproof, so please supervise them at all times.

★ SHOES OFF: Please remove your shoes upon entering. Indoor sandals are provided at the door.

★ TREADMILL USE: A treadmill is available for use. However, there are no trainers on site, so please use it with caution and at your own risk.

★ SECURITY CAMERA: For security and insurance purposes, there is one outdoor security camera, located on the garage door facing the parking lot, another one in the side yard. They are equipped with a motion sensor and will remain on during your stay. There is No Inside Camera

★ LATE CHECK-OUT: Exceeding 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $100 fee. Exceeding one hour past check-out will result in an additional night's stay fee, without entitlement to stay for that night.

★ QUIET HOURS: 9 PM – 7 AM. Please be mindful and avoid disturbing the neighbors.

★ NOISE LEVELS: Due to city living, there may be noise from neighbors, nearby freeway traffic, or construction. If you are sensitive to noise, please bring earplugs or a noise machine. We do not issue refunds for noise complaints as outdoor noise is beyond our control.

★ PARKING: We have a large driveways that can accommodate six small cars or three large vehicles (vans/SUVs). Additional parking is available off-street in front of the house. Do not block the sidewalk or park on the neighbor’s side. The garage is inaccessible. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by improper parking.

★ CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY: Please inspect the property thoroughly and report any damages within the first 2 hours of check-in. Reporting issues within this timeframe releases you from responsibility.

★ BEFORE CHECK-OUT: Please clear the sinks of dirty dishes. If there is excessive trash, please take it out.

★ CANCELLATION & INSURANCE: Please review our cancellation policy in your reservation details. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to travel restrictions, weather, or illness.

★ REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay. Unregistered guests will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

★ RESERVATION CHANGES: Extending your stay depends on availability and must be approved in advance. Reservation modifications within 14 days of check-in will be denied. We kindly ask that you submit any change requests at least 14 days in advance to allow the property to be rebooked.

★ POND SAFETY: There is a small pond in the backyard. Please do not leave children unattended near the pond.

★ OWNER’S GARAGE & CLOSET: The locked owner's closet and garage are not accessible to guests and are equipped with a remote alarm. Unauthorized access will result in a charge equal to three times the cost of the items

★ LIABILITY WAIVER:

• The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises or while using its facilities.
• The hosts are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay and after check out
• By accepting this reservation, all guests acknowledge and assume the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises.
