Practical Information and Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This first-floor unit is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. The minimum renter age is 25, and a guest aged 25 or older must reside on the property throughout the stay. Please note that motorcycles, golf carts, and trailers are prohibited per HOA rules. One parking pass is provided per unit. A starter bag with essential toiletries and dish soap is included. To ensure a valid booking, the name on the reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match exactly. An inconvenience fee of $150 applies if the property is occupied after 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
