The front units are connected via an interior staircase, while the rear units are linked by an exterior staircase, ensuring a balanced mix of togetherness and privacy. The home features 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Sleeping arrangements include seven bedrooms with King beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed. For added comfort, seven of the bedrooms are equipped with their own TV and ceiling fans, and a queen air mattress with additional bedding is available upon request.

Please be aware that due to the home's historic nature and its proximity to a hospital, some road, city, ambulance, or helicopter noise may be heard periodically. Additionally, please note that this is not a party house. Luggage storage is available Monday through Friday at the main office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; weekend storage is recommended via Bounce Luggage.
