The main floor is anchored by an open-concept living area perfect for socializing, featuring a kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and a flat-screen TV in the living room. Three bedrooms are located on this level: a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a room boasting two twin-over-full bunk beds, and a third bedroom offering a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed with its own ensuite.

For additional entertainment, head downstairs to the fun-filled game room. This lower level is a haven for all ages, equipped with foosball, classic arcade games, and a big-screen TV for movie nights. Sleeping arrangements here include a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, served by an additional bathroom. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located on this floor.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property. The spacious yard is perfect for picnics and barbecues under the warm Texas sun, while the fire pit provides a cozy spot to unwind with friends and family under the starry sky.

Located in the Sea Isle beach community of Galveston, Texas, the property is just a 2-minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point. Guests enjoy access to the community boat launch and fishing pier via provided keys, and the community pool is available for a fee from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
