The second bedroom offers a versatile layout with both a queen bed and a king single bed, complemented by ceiling fans. For additional guests, the downstairs area features a plush chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Downstairs is designed for lounging and productivity, featuring an office desk with a keyboard and extra monitor. The heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen featuring an island with breakfast bar seating, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, and all essential appliances.
