The sleeping arrangements include: Bedroom 1 with one full-sized bed, Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, Bedroom 4 with one full-sized bed, Bedroom 5 with a queen bed, Bedroom 6 with twin bunk beds, and Bedroom 7 with twin bunk beds.

Key amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and cooking essentials, making meal preparation effortless. The open-concept design creates a bright and welcoming space perfect for gathering with family and friends. Four full bathrooms come stocked with fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. This smoke-free property does not allow pets. Additional policies include a noise ordinance from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and luggage drop-off service is available through Charleston Bag Valet for an additional fee. Long-term stays are welcome.
