Situated within the Domaine du Grand Portneuf and less than 30 minutes from Quebec City, this villa offers the perfect escape for those looking to live, explore, and rediscover tranquility in a stunning setting.

Designed as a "home away from home," the villa is ideal for groups of up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 Queen beds, as well as a living area with 1 sofa bed for additional guests. To ensure a relaxing stay, the home includes 2 full bathrooms.

Inside the villa, you will find an inviting indoor fireplace to warm your evenings and a full equipped kitchen perfect for preparing family meals. For added convenience and enjoyment, the space is thoughtfully appointed with a raclette pan, laundry facilities, and child-friendly features including specialized dishes, utensils, and board games for both children and adults. The living space is connected with Wi-Fi internet to keep you in touch while you unplug.

Outdoor living is a highlight here, where you can wake up to the sounds of real nature on your private patio. From May to October, guests can utilize the BBQ to enjoy open-air dining. While the villa provides private seclusion, you also have access to luxury common area amenities including a sauna, SPA, pool table, and a heated outdoor pool (seasonal), all shared with other travelers.

Located in a prime spot for outdoor enthusiasts, the property is surrounded by trails for biking, Quad, snowmobile, hiking, and snowshoeing. A visit to the Jacques-Cartier Promenade and the Trou du Diable Cave in the Portneuf Natural Park are highly recommended. Golfers can also take advantage of local courses to challenge their friends.

• Check-in: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pet Policy: Dogs only (1 maximum). A fee of $25 + taxes per stay applies. Dogs must never be left alone in the cottage or kept in a cage.
• Restrictions: Minimum booking age is 21 years old. No arrivals are permitted on December 25th or January 1st.
• Minimum Stay: A mandatory 3-night minimum stay is required during Christmas, school breaks, Easter, National Patriot’s Day, St-Jean Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving.
• Note: Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded. Common area time slots for the spa and sauna are booked on-site.
