Designed for those who value both togetherness and privacy, the residence consists of two connected units linked by an exterior staircase, inspired by the timeless charm of Charleston single-style homes. The layout provides a spacious configuration featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements: On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, each featuring a King bed, ceiling fan, and TV. The second floor mirrors this comfort with another two bedrooms, both equipped with King beds, ceiling fans, and TVs. For additional flexibility, queen air mattresses with bedding are available upon request for both levels.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join your stay. Please note that due to the home’s historic character and central location, some city noise may be present; white-noise machines are provided in each unit for your comfort. This is not a party house, and neighbors must be respected at all times. To maintain the home’s integrity, a $250 fine applies for the use of glitter, exterior decorations, or adhesives on the walls. Luggage storage is available Monday-Friday at the main office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
