• Verification: All bookings are subject to a mandatory guest verification process due to strict local council restrictions. Failure to complete this process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
• Payments: For non-Airbnb bookings, full balance is required for stays within 30 days. For stays 30+ days out, a 50% deposit is required with the balance due one week prior to arrival (special terms apply for peak summer dates between December 20th and January 31st).
