The residence is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a king-sized bed on new memory foam mattresses (upgraded in 2024), and 2 bathrooms. For added privacy, the bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub, while the second bedroom is served by a shared full bathroom with a tub and shower.

The open living area is bright and filled with afternoon sunshine, boasting gorgeous views of the pool area and Mammoth Mountain. This space includes a comfortable living room with an ambient gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Guests can prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which features granite countertops and a nice-sized dining area. Step outside to the private corner patio to enjoy a seating area overlooking the Village courtyard and the mountain peaks.

While the unit is centrally located, guests have access to an array of shared facilities within the Village at Mammoth. These include:
