Across the circular pool area sits a cute cottage containing 1 master bedroom with an oversized adjoining patio upstairs, while the downstairs area offers a spacious living room with 2 queen sofa beds and a large bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath.

These two buildings are centered around a circular swimming pool, connected by a common sit-out area that promotes a continuous flow of positive energy. Guests can enjoy spectacular views from the pool, looking over lush vegetation toward the glistening Caribbean Sea.

The estate neighbors the grounds of the world-famous Rose Hall Great House and is only a few minutes' drive from spectacular beaches. Popular dining options such as The Sugar Mill, Northpoint, DelMare, and Scotchies are just 2-5 minutes away by car.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Strictly no smoking inside the villa
• Eco-friendly A/C: Units turn off if doors/windows are left open or if the room is unoccupied for 15 minutes
• Visitor Policy: Only booked guests are permitted on property; visitors require prior approval and ID, and are not allowed after 10 PM
• Guest Requirements: IDs for all guests over 12 must be uploaded via the check-in form
• Please note: Neighboring construction occurs from 9 AM to 5 PM
