• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum Age: Renters must be 25 years or older and provide a photo ID at check-in
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) with a USD 225 non-refundable pet fee per pet
• Parking: Parking passes are required. The first pass is included in the reservation; one additional pass may be purchased for USD 60 (maximum of 2 passes per property)
• Winter Season Rules: Reservations made prior to October 1st for January and February require a 60-day minimum stay. After October 1st, winter reservations require a minimum of three or seven nights depending on unit specifications.
• Essentials: Linens are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. A starter set including hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per can, and one roll of paper towels is provided.
