The master bedroom serves as a peaceful retreat with a comfortable king bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. A separate wing off the kitchen houses the remaining sleeping quarters: one bedroom with a plush queen bed and a dedicated bunk room equipped with two twin-over-full bunk beds. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the guest wing.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older and present for the duration of the stay
• Strictly no pets and no parties
• A $500 security deposit hold is required to receive the key code
• A signed Rental Agreement is mandatory
• Parking: A $50 per vehicle registration fee (up to 2 vehicles) is required and paid at the guard shack or Summer House office
• Please refrain from eating or drinking on the beds and bedding
