The sleeping arrangements are generously configured to accommodate up to 8 guests, including a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and another king-size bed in the second bedroom. Additionally, there is a dedicated bunk room with twin bunk beds—please note that children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk—and a convenient sofa sleeper located in the living area.

The home is thoughtfully detailed with tile flooring throughout and a fully equipped kitchen boasting upgraded stainless steel appliances, including both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. For dining, the space offers seating for six at the main table plus four barstools. The primary suite is a true highlight, offering a double vanity, a separate shower, and a large jetted tub, with direct access to the Gulf-front balcony. The living room also opens onto this balcony, allowing you to soak in the scenery. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.
