Additional accommodations include a dedicated kids' bedroom equipped with a loft bunk and two double beds, as well as a third bedroom with a queen bed.

Layout and specialized features are designed for convenience and comfort. The ground level provides covered, paved parking, a foyer with a mud room, a finished half bath for quick beach access, and a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The first level serves as the heart of the home with gulf front living space, a furnished deck stretching across the front, a kitchen, and a dining area. The second level houses the laundry room and a full bathroom, alongside the secondary bedrooms.
