The main floor features a handicapped-equipped Primary Ensuite, a fully stocked eat-in kitchen, and a spacious living area with a cozy couch that converts to a Queen Size Bed for extra sleeping. This level also includes a convenient half-bath, a laundry room, and a large balcony with a dining set and plenty of seating. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The Secondary Suite offers a King Size Bed and a full bath with a beautiful tiled shower, while Guest Bedrooms #1 and #2 feature Queen Size Beds. For extra fun, the home includes built-in Twin over Twin bunks with Smart TVs on each.

Rest Ashore is a rare accessible beach home, meticulously equipped for guests with mobility needs. Specialized features include:

Located in the wonderful East Fifteen Cottages community, guests have access to a seasonally heated community swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables. For your beach days, the owners provide a beach cart, cooler, boogie boards, pool floats, sand toys, 6 Tommy Bahama chairs, and 2 umbrellas. A propane grill is also provided for private use on the ground floor.
