This property is designed for relaxation and versatility, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The layout features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a total of 1 king bed in the primary suite. To maximize sleeping space, the home includes a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area and a pair of twin beds located in the hallway bunks. The primary bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary featuring a ceiling fan, reading lamps, a TV, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

Heart of Hospitality is evident throughout the home, especially in the dining and living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, a breakfast bar that seats three, and a dining table for six. It comes complete with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, blender, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. • Minimum age to rent: 25 years old (proof of age required)
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony
• Loud parties and gatherings are not tolerated
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (max 75lbs each). Pre-registration via a signed Pet Addendum is required, and a $250 non-refundable fee per animal is charged after check-in
• A signed rental agreement is mandatory for all guests to secure access to the property
