Designed for large groups and family gatherings, this lockout residence features 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The layout is thoughtfully arranged over two floors. The first floor houses five bedrooms: two featuring King beds with private bathrooms (including both a bathtub and shower), one with two Queen beds and a private shower/tub combo, and two additional bedrooms each with two Queen beds sharing a bathroom. The second floor serves as the heart of the home, boasting a state-of-the-art kitchen, a dining area, and a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and balcony access. This level also includes two bedrooms: one with two Queen beds and balcony access, and another featuring three sets of twin-over-twin bunks; these two rooms share a bathroom. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

As part of a unique beachside community of four houses, guests enjoy shared access to a community outdoor pool that overlooks the Gulf.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that this is a lockout rental, meaning the third floor is not available for use. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent; exceptions may be granted with a refundable damage deposit and written approval. All guests must sign a reservation agreement to complete the booking. Special events, such as weddings, require written approval and are subject to an event fee. Parking is limited to 6 spots (4 under the home and 2 in overflow).
