Inside, the colorful and whimsical interior features two spacious living areas and two fully equipped kitchens. The primary living room is anchored by a new 65" LED smart TV and two plush sofas, while the dining area includes a table that seats 10 for quality family time. Two of the king bedrooms offer private balconies overlooking the sparkling pool. For additional entertainment, the top floor serves as a family fun zone with pool, ping pong, board games, and two 55" smart TVs, leading out to a third-story porch with stunning sunset views.

The outdoor space is a private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool that lights up at night, an outdoor shower and sink, and a charcoal grill for alfresco dining. All three levels of the home are outfitted with high-end polywood outdoor furniture for lounging and sunbathing.

• Rules: Minimum rental age is 25. No smoking, no parties, and no pets (ADA-certified service dogs only).
• Policies: No 3rd party bookings; the name on the booking must match the credit card and rental agreement.
• Fees: A non-refundable $175 damage/management fee is required. Pool heating is available in winter for an additional $25 per day. Small wedding receptions (30 guests or fewer) are permitted for an additional $250 fee.
• Security: Exterior Ring cameras are active for liability and occupancy monitoring.
