The thoughtful sleeping layout includes a king bed in the downstairs bedroom, while the upstairs area offers a mix of one king bed, three bedrooms each with one queen bed, and a final bedroom featuring two queen beds. With 5 bathrooms, the group has ample space to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing.

Inside, the home is crafted for shared experiences. The kitchen is designed for simple routines and communal meals, complemented by a nearby dining table that encourages quality time together. Two distinct living areas provide the flexibility to either spread out or gather for movies and games using the provided TV and game console. For those needing to stay productive, a dedicated workspace is available. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

• Parking: Free parking for up to two vehicles in the driveway (Garage is off limits)
• Policies: No smoking, no drugs, and no fireworks are permitted on the property. Firearms must remain locked in vehicles. No third-party bookings are allowed.
• Community Access: Guests may purchase RFID cards for $15 (valid for 3 days) to access shared resort amenities including the Seven Eagles, Homestead, Carriage Pointe, Heritage Crossing, and The Terraces pools and spas, as well as the Liberty Bluff Dog Park and Grand Traverse Parkway fitness center.
• Additional Notes: This is a self-catering home. A damage protection option (refundable deposit or non-refundable waiver) is required for all stays. Please note the home is not baby-proofed.
