Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure everyone has a place to relax: three bedrooms feature plush King beds, while the fourth bedroom is equipped with a Twin-over-Full bunk and a Twin-over-Twin bunk. For additional guests, the living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa and two Twin sleeper chairs.

The interior is defined by elegance and functionality, boasting tile throughout for a clean, beach-ready feel and solid wood cabinetry. • Restrictions: No pets and no smoking allowed.
• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent.
• Parking: Per HOA bylaws, only two parking passes are allowed per condo. These must be purchased separately from onsite management (currently $60 each) and are not included in the rental total.
• Requirement: All guests must sign a reservation agreement to complete the booking and receive check-in instructions.
