• Guest Requirements: Must be 25 years or older to book; Government Issued ID and a completed rental agreement are required prior to receiving check-in instructions
• Fees & Policies: Damage Waiver is required; Base price is for 2 guests, with additional fees for extra guests
• Restrictions: No pets, smoking, vaping, fireworks, or shooting of any kind
• House Rules: No parties or day guests allowed; Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM
• Outdoor Safety: Outdoor fires are permitted only in designated fire pits and provided there is no burn ban in effect
