This description is for informational purposes. Please verify all details, including amenities, policies, fees, and availability, on the booking platform before booking.
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
GENERAL INFORMATION – While our list of House Rules may seem somewhat extensive at first glance, these rules are provided with the intent of offering as much advance information as possible to our guests in order to protect both you and our home! These House Rules are provided in our listing description for all guests to carefully review before booking. Booking inquiries may be used to message hosts prior to confirming a booking, but our receipt of a booking request or confirmed booking constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these rules by all guests, without exception. Any violations of the House Rules may result in additional charges applied to your booking, restrictions on or removal of access to the premises or certain amenities, and/or immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. All adult guests are jointly and severally responsible for any damage, cleaning fees, or rule violations during the stay. Exterior surveillance cameras are active and monitored for any activity that might indicate violation of our House Rules. Judgment as to whether or not any violations of these House Rules have occurred shall be at the sole discretion of the Host.
TRANSIENT GUEST AGREEMENT – All guests, regardless of stay duration, recognize and accept that they are transient occupants who do not intend to establish a residence or household and agree that use of the premises will not establish any form of tenancy, landlord-tenant relationship, or permanent residence.
GUEST REGISTRATION & MINORS – All guests must be listed on your reservation during the initial booking confirmation process, including all adults, children, infants, and pets who will be on the premises during your stay. The minimum age to book a reservation as the primary guest is 18. Any minors under the age of 18 who are accompanying the primary guest must be booked on your reservation as children (or infants if they are under 2 years old) and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS PROHIBITED – Airbnb bookings are non-transferable and third-party bookings are strictly prohibited, meaning all bookings must be confirmed by a guest who will actually be staying on the premises and who must also be present at the time of initial check-in. If you are booking on behalf of employees or contractors, your booking will need to be confirmed by a trip planner or travel manager via the 'Airbnb for Work' travel program. Within the Airbnb booking's message thread, any trip planner or travel manager who confirms a booking through 'Airbnb for Work' must provide their full legal name, company name, e-mail address, and a phone number where they can be reached at all times. Third-party guests of bookings confirmed via the 'Airbnb for Work' platform will still be required to comply with all House Rules during their stay, so please confirm with them prior to booking that our listing is suitable for their needs. Bookings that violate this rule cannot be fulfilled, must be cancelled by the guest, and are still subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Third-party bookings may be partially refunded only if immediately cancelled by the guest and rebooked to comply with our House Rules within at least 24 hours of initial booking confirmation and at least 48 hours prior to the check-in time. Nightly rates and other fees are dynamically managed, so different charges may apply to rebook a cancelled booking. Any refunds for cancelled third-party bookings which have been rebooked are subject to an additional rebooking fee of $150.
GUEST VERIFICATION – All adult guests on a booking must have their own, individual and identity-verified Airbnb accounts attached to the booking as co-travelers. Couples (married or otherwise) may not share Airbnb guest profiles. Each guest profile must have a clear, recently taken profile picture that accurately represents that guest's current appearance and individually shows that guest's face without obstruction (e.g. no couples/group photos, sunglasses, or drastically different hairstyles). Guest substitutions are not permitted, co-traveler guest profiles must remain attached to the booking, and the booking may be immediately cancelled without refund if any co-traveler guest profile is removed. All adult guests must also provide personal phone numbers and copies of valid (e.g. not expired) government-issued photo identification within the Airbnb booking's message thread. The only accepted forms of identification must include the guest's current physical address (e.g. U.S. state-, territory-, or tribal-issued driver's license or non-driver's ID card). Guests without such identification issued by the United States Government must additionally provide a copy of their passport (with valid visa when applicable) or travel document. If an identification document is double-sided (e.g. a U.S. driver's license), copies of both sides may be required. All provided copies of identification must be legible, unredacted, and unedited. All names on Airbnb guest profiles attached to a booking must match the names on the government-issued identification provided for those guests. All copies of identification provided by our guests will be retained within the communications history for each booking. Guests should be aware that we may do our own research using publicly available information (as encouraged in Airbnb's Safety tips). Any guests determined to pose a significant safety risk based on such public information may be reported to Airbnb and subsequently denied access to or removed from the premises. Host additionally reserves the right to verify guest identification in person at any point during a booking. Communication of any access code to the premises may be delayed by up to 24 hours after our receipt of the required verification and identification information as outlined in this rule. If this information has not been received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time, you may experience significant delays in receiving the access code and gaining entry to the premises beyond that check-in time. Failure to provide this information prior to check-in time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. If a booking is confirmed through the 'Airbnb for Work' travel program, the trip planner or travel manager who confirmed the booking must provide their full legal name, company name, e-mail address, and a phone number where they can be reached at all times. If a confirmed booking shows an Airbnb confirmation status of "Awaiting guest ID," the booking guest will have 1 hour to update the necessary information or the booking may be cancelled without refund.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum occupancy of our home is defined in the "Maximum Occupancy" subsection of the "Guest access" section of the listing description. It is strictly prohibited for guests to allow the occupancy on the premises to exceed this limit at any point during their stay and all adults, children, infants, and pets must be accounted for during the booking process and listed on the reservation.
VISITORS PROHIBITED – Visitors are NOT permitted and only those people and pets listed on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Allowing additional people (including children and infants) or pets beyond those listed on the reservation onto any part of the premises for any amount of time will incur an additional charge of $250 per unauthorized person or pet, per occurrence. Unauthorized visitors and pets will be immediately trespassed from the premises and your reservation will be canceled without refund.
COMMUNICATIONS – While our phone number will be made readily available once a booking is confirmed, we reserve that contact method for emergency use only. All non-emergency communications must take place via the messaging platform provided by Airbnb. This especially includes any information regarding access to the property, such as access codes, which will only ever be provided via an Airbnb message and only to the primary booking guest. Please be aware that the Hosts of this listing can only communicate in the English language. To assist guests who speak different languages, Airbnb may offer translations, in whole or in part, into other languages. Neither Hosts nor Airbnb can guarantee the accuracy or quality of such translations and guests are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of such translations.
CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT – Your access code to the premises will be provided via Airbnb message shortly after 3:00 PM on the date of check-in. For guest verification purposes, check-in is restricted to the time between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM on your date of arrival and the primary guest who booked the reservation must be present at the time of initial check-in. If you arrive after 10:00 PM on your check-in date, we may not be able to provide access to the premises until as late as 4:00 PM on the following day. We cannot accommodate any requests for early check-in or late checkout. Please note that your access code will only be enabled during the period between your check-in and checkout times and will not function outside this period. When checking out, guests agree to follow all instructions in the "How to check out" section of our listing description. Please note that, as part of our checkout instructions, we rely on our guests to clean any used kitchenware (cooking equipment, utensils, dishes, cups, etc.) and may not be able to guarantee that all such items have been thoroughly inspected between each stay. If it is determined that any required checkout task has not been performed by the guest, an additional charge of $50 will be applied. All guests must vacate the listing and all personal property must be removed prior to the checkout time listed on your reservation. Any checkout delays will immediately incur a charge of $65 to cover the costs of delaying our cleaning team. Any checkout delays longer than 1 hour will incur a minimum additional charge of $100 to cover the cost of scheduling a new cleaning appointment, as well as all charges necessary to modify or cancel any reservations for arriving guests.
GENERAL BEHAVIOR & QUIET HOURS – Minors and animals must not be left alone or unattended anywhere on the premises at any time. Guests must not cause any disturbances to other guests or neighbors. Guests must be fully clothed (including shoes) at all times when they are in outdoor or common areas. While animals are required to relieve themselves outdoors, all human guests must use bathroom toilet in a proper and sanitary manner for all urination and defecation. Hair dye, glitter, and any other substances that can cause permanent damage or that are exceptionally difficult to clean are prohibited from use on the premises. Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning (laundry, vacuuming, etc.) between reservations. You can read more about expectations for guests in Airbnb's "Ground Rules for Guests" and "Community Disturbance Policy," both available in the Airbnb Help Center. We ask that you respect our other guests, neighbors, and home by not hosting parties or events on the premises and by being especially careful to keep all noise to an absolute minimum during our quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
SMOKING PROHIBITED – Smoking and vaping are NOT allowed anywhere on the premises, including any outdoor areas on the property. Any and all violations of this policy will incur a minimum additional charge of $500 to help cover the much higher cost of cleaning associated with remediating the odor and damage caused by smoke or vapor contaminating indoor areas. Additional charges are not limited to this minimum and may be be increased depending upon the extent of necessary remediation. Any evidence whatsoever of smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises – even outdoors – will constitute justification for this charge being applied to your reservation.
PETS & ANIMALS – All animals not covered by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including, but not limited to emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs must be listed on your reservation as pets at the time of booking and are subject to a pet fee (see Airbnb's "Accessibility Policy" for more information). This pet fee is applied automatically during the initial booking process for reservations with pets, but may vary over time and any subsequent reservation alterations may be subject to a different pet fee. Our home can only accommodate dogs or other Service Animals as specifically defined by the ADA, and only up to the amount defined in the "Maximum Occupancy" subsection of the "Guest access" section of the listing description. All other species of animals, including cats, are prohibited. All animals must be well-behaved, housebroken (indoor urination/defecation and training pads are strictly prohibited), and fully vaccinated in compliance with all applicable laws. Documentation of required vaccinations must be provided within 24 hours upon Host's request. Animals must always be accompanied by their adult owner/handler, under that owner/handler’s control at all times, and on a leash/tether at all times when in shared spaces or common areas. Animals are not allowed on any of the furniture and absolutely cannot be left alone on the premises at any time – not even in a crate or carrier. Any animals left alone on the premises must be considered abandoned and may be immediately referred to Animal Control for seizure and impoundment. It is illegal to intentionally misrepresent any animal as a Service Animal in order to gain any of the rights or privileges afforded to a Service Animal. Host reserves the right to file complaints with the authorities alleging the misrepresentation of Service Animals. All solid animal waste must immediately be collected into securely sealed plastic bags and properly disposed of into outdoor garbage receptacles. If any animal waste is disposed of inappropriately or left behind after checkout, a minimum additional charge of $50 will be applied to your reservation. If any guests or animals violate these rules or cause a disturbance to other guests or neighbors, you will be immediately required to find alternate accommodations for those animals.
13a. PERSONAL PROPERTY – Our home is designed as a fully furnished short-term rental and has limited additional space for personal belongings. Guests may only bring along items reasonably related to short-term travel (e.g. reasonable amounts of clothing, toiletries, luggage, small personal electronics, etc.), but are not permitted to bring additional furnishings, large or bulky items, hazardous materials, tobacco products, recreational drugs, or illegal substances onto the premises. See section (13b) for more information on prohibited items. Under no circumstances may any ropes/cables/wires (e.g., drying lines, extension cords, block heaters, etc.) be set up anywhere on the premises, indoors or outdoors.
13b. PROHIBITED ITEMS – Examples of prohibited items include, but are not limited to additional furniture, air mattresses, large tote boxes, appliances (including space heaters and air conditioners), large electronics (e.g., televisions, desktop computers, gaming consoles, etc.), any device with an open flame (e.g., candles, incense, grills, etc.), vehicle batteries, flammable/explosive liquids or solids (e.g., solvents, gunpowder, smokeless powder, etc.), tobacco products of any kind (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, chewing tobacco, snuff, etc.), cannabis or cannabis products in any form (including marijuana flower, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, or topicals), vaping devices or e-cigarettes of any kind (regardless of whether they contain nicotine, cannabis, or any other substance), nitrous oxide or other inhalants, drug paraphernalia, and any other illicit or recreational drugs or substances. If it is determined by the Host that any prohibited item has been brought onto the premises, the booking will be immediately terminated without refund.
13c. PROPERTY PLACEMENT & STORAGE – With the explicit exception of small personal transport vehicles (e.g., bicycles, scooters, etc.), all personal property must be stored inside the dwelling and cannot be left or stored outside or in common areas. Bicycles and similar vehicles must be stored outdoors, but may be chained or locked in an appropriate area on the premises that does not block access. If you have any questions as to what you can and cannot bring along for your stay or about how certain items might need to be stored, please let us know in advance!
MOTOR VEHICLES & PARKING – Guests may only park on the premises in accordance with the guidelines and availability described in the "Vehicles & Parking" subsection of the "Guest Access" section in the listing description. Any additional vehicles not covered by our on-premises availability must be parked off-premises. Vehicles must not be parked where they may block other guests from accessing the premises. With the exception of unpaved driveways, driving and parking on unpaved areas or grass on the premises is prohibited. No vehicle systems, including but not limited to electric vehicles (e.g. cars, bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc.), engine warmers, and battery chargers, may be powered or charged by electricity from the premises. No maintenance may be performed on any vehicles on the premises. Any inoperable vehicles or vehicles inappropriately stopped or parked on the premises are subject to immediate towing and/or removal without notice at vehicle owner's expense.
RESTRICTED AREAS – Guests will have access to the entire listing with the exception of those areas specifically defined in the "Restricted Areas" subsection of the "Guest access" section in the listing description. Guests may not make use of or tamper with any exterior utilities (e.g. electrical outlets, wiring, hose bibs/water faucets, hoses, irrigation system components, etc.). We may restrict certain areas, rooms, closets, and cabinets on the premises, as well as place restrictions on the use of certain doors and windows. The booking will be immediately cancelled without refund if a guest is found to be entering a restricted area, utilizing a restricted means of access, or tampering with exterior utilities.
DOORS & LOCKS – Make sure all doors (including rear & patio doors, when applicable) are fully closed and locked whenever leaving the building and when checking out. Hosts may not be immediately available to remind you of your access code, so always make sure you have this code handy or memorized when leaving the premises so you don't get locked out! To ensure security, please immediately report any issues with doors or locks to the Hosts.
INTERNET, WIFI NETWORK, & STREAMING TV SERVICES – This property has a high speed internet connection that requires an internet modem and mesh network of routers to remain plugged in and operational at all times. All guests are provided free access to our wireless network, but wired/ethernet access is neither provided nor permitted. Guests may not use our internet connection or network to perpetrate any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, piracy, hacking, or introducing any form of malicious software into the network. Host maintains the right to monitor all internet activity and traffic on our network. If it is suspected that our internet system has been tampered with or has been used for illegal activity, the issue will be immediately investigated by either a member of our team and/or the appropriate authorities. Please be aware that our internet connection is dependent on a third-party provider and, while outages are rare, they do occur from time to time for reasons beyond our control. Wireless internet and streaming television services are provided as a convenience only and are not integral to the agreement. No refunds shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet and television service. If you're planning to work remotely from the premises or otherwise absolutely need internet for the entire duration of your stay, please ensure you have a backup plan in place. If you do experience any disturbances with the internet or streaming television services, please let us know and we will do everything we can to troubleshoot and remedy the problem. Do NOT unplug, disconnect, move, obstruct, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to reset the modem, routers, peripheral devices, or any parts of the internet system, WiFi network, or television(s) without contacting us first!
SMART HOME DEVICES & SECURITY CAMERAS – This property is equipped with several smart home devices that allow us to provide the safest, most comfortable stays for our guests. These may include, but are not limited to smart locks, smart thermostats, noise monitors, air quality monitors, irrigation systems, specialized cigarette smoke detectors, and internet-enabled fire/carbon monoxide alarms. Many of the components and sensors for these systems can be found throughout the interior and exterior of the premises, but none of the sensors or components located within private areas of the listing record or transmit video or audio. The smart lock entry system on each access-controlled door requires a small, white WiFi connection bridge to be plugged in at all times. Smart thermostats may utilize remote temperature, humidity, door, and window sensors throughout the building. For the security of our guests, home, and business, we have also installed a system of motion-activated Blink cameras that are operational at all times and record both video and audio. You may find a small white or black Blink-branded "sync module" indoors that acts as a WiFi adapter and serves solely to maintain the connection between our security cameras and the internet. Your privacy and safety are of the utmost importance to us, so the locations of all security cameras and noise monitors on the premises are fully disclosed in the "Safety & property" section of our listing description and these cameras are installed only in exterior and, when applicable, common area or restricted spaces. The number and placement of security cameras are subject to change at any time as necessary, but there will never be any recording devices placed in private areas and our listing description will be immediately updated to reflect any changes. Do NOT disconnect, obstruct, tamper with, or move any parts of these systems. All of these systems must remain operational at all times and any disturbances in their operation will be immediately investigated by either a member of our team and/or the local authorities. If you have any questions about the purpose, placement, or operation of any devices, please feel free to ask for more information!
AMENITIES – A limited quantity of consumable and personal care amenities, as well as cleaning supplies, will be provided for use during your stay. Certain listed amenities, like air conditioning and fireplaces, are only available seasonally as described in "Other things to note" section of our listing description. Feel free to make use of all amenities and resources available in guest-accessible areas, but please do not remove anything from the premises! If any towels or linens are missing or permanently damaged after checkout, a minimum charge of $20 per item will be applied to your reservation.
FURNISHINGS – Please do not move, rearrange, or remove any of our furniture or furnishings. When checking out, remember to return all items where you found them and leave all of our belongings at the property for future guests to enjoy! If any furniture or furnishings have been moved out of place, a minimum additional fee of $200 will be applied to your reservation in order for our team to restore the property to its original state. Furniture and decorations are provided generally as represented in our listing photos, but are subject to change or replacement as necessary.
TRASH – At some point during your stay, you may need to take some trash out to the larger outdoors garbage bin. Instructions for disposing of trash on the premises are provided in the "House Manual" section for this listing. These instructions include guidelines for proper bagging and disposal of trash/recycling and may include directions for ensuring collection on scheduled pickup dates, such as rolling a garbage bin to and from the curb. An extra cleaning charge of $50 will be applied to your reservation if trash is disposed of improperly and additional cleaning becomes necessary.
LAUNDRY – If laundry machines are available on the premises as specifically defined as a provided amenity in the listing description, guests are free to use those machines at any time during the reservation and a limited quantity of detergent pods and dryer sheets will be provided. Do not overload the machines or wash/dry bulky or hard items like shoes or luggage. Empty and clean the lint tray after each dryer cycle and clean up any spills. Hosts are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Use of the sinks, showers, or bathtubs for laundry purposes is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules or abuse of our laundry facilities may result in any additional charges associated with inspecting/repairing our laundry machines and/or early cancellation of your stay without refund.
SHOES – Especially during inclement weather, please help keep our place tidy by ensuring all guests remove any soiled shoes at the door and place them in the provided shoe tray.
MAIL & PACKAGES – The address of this property is provided only to allow verified guests to identify and access the premises. Guests are not permitted to provide this address to any other party, including but not limited to other people, online retailers, schools, banks, insurance companies, shops, or vendors. Guests may not access or tamper with the mailbox or use the property address for receipt of any mail or packages. Each piece of mail or package delivered to guests at this address will be intercepted and will incur a $35 handling charge for returning to sender.
FIREARMS & WEAPONS – Any guest who brings firearms or weapons onto the premises must disclose their presence to the Host prior to arrival and must also ensure they are securely stored at all times during their stay. Host neither provides any secure storage for firearms or weapons nor assumes any responsibility for their storage or use. Discharge of any firearms on the premises is strictly prohibited except in self-defense. No reloading of ammunition is permitted on the premises. If a guest leaves behind any weapons, firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition after checking out, please note that we cannot arrange for those items to be returned. If a guest leaves behind any weapons or firearms, local authorities will be immediately notified and asked to retrieve those items. If a guest leaves behind any firearm accessories or ammunition after checking out, these items will be immediately disposed of at Host's discretion.
FORGOTTEN & ABANDONED PROPERTY – If you've left something behind and wish to have it returned to you, we will make absolutely every effort to locate your property and arrange for shipping to a forwarding address of your choosing. Any shipping of located forgotten items will be conducted via trackable USPS flat-rate priority mail, using the smallest possible shipping product available for the items to be returned, based on Host's assessment of both dimensions and weight allowances. Shipping will require prepayment via the Airbnb resolution center to include a handling fee of $35 plus the cost of shipping and any additional required materials. Additional insurance (if requested) and international shipping will incur additional charges. Host makes no guarantees that any missing items will be located and assumes no responsibility for the condition of any forgotten items or their safe or timely return. Items that do not fit within the allowable size and weight tolerances of USPS flat-rate priority mail may not be eligible for shipping. Items designated by the USPS as hazardous materials, dangerous goods, prohibited items, restricted items, or perishable items cannot be shipped and will be disposed of immediately at Host's discretion and may incur additional charges to ensure proper disposal. Any items found that have not been claimed or for which shipping and handling costs have not been paid will be considered abandoned property and may be immediately disposed of at Host's discretion. Under no circumstances may any guests return to the property after checkout time for any reason, including retrieval of forgotten property.
PAYMENTS – All payment, resolution, and refund transactions must be conducted through the Airbnb platform and in accordance with Airbnb policies. Any fees charged or refunds issued may be subject to additional service charges from Airbnb or other applicable payment processors. If a reservation is booked or alteration is made, but shows a confirmation status of "Awaiting payment," the booking guest will have 1 hour to confirm payment.
ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS – Alteration requests will not be approved once a booking is confirmed, with potential exceptions only for extending a reservation or adding guests or pets up to our maximum occupancy. Any approved alterations may result in increased charges for the reservation and any alterations required after check-in will incur a minimum additional fee of $25 for approval. All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at time of booking. All guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or any other issues that might require you to alter or cancel your reservation. More information on Airbnb's different cancellation policies and how ours applies to your reservation can be found through Airbnb's Help Center. If a reservation has been cancelled due to violation of Airbnb or House Rules, verified guests will have 30 minutes to completely vacate the premises and any persons remaining on the premises after this time has elapsed will be immediately trespassed from the premises. Any personal property remaining on the premises after this time has elapsed will be subject to our policies regarding forgotten and abandoned property.
COMPLAINT INVESTIGATIONS – If a serious complaint regarding safety, health, or privacy is alleged against our listing, all guests will need to immediately vacate the premises so we can thoroughly investigate any next steps that might be necessary for correction. If the complaint is determined to be valid, a refund may then be issued for any unused nights. All costs incurred to assess erroneous or fraudulent complaints will be charged to the guest.
LONG-TERM STAYS – We currently do not allow booking of long-term reservations, but can occasionally accommodate longer stays by stringing together consecutive reservations with a gap of at least 2 nights in between each reservation. You will need to fully check out and vacate the premises for at least 2 nights following each consecutive stay and may check in again the following day.
HOUSEKEEPING – Guests may request housekeeping to be carried out during their stay, but this service is not automatically included and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any such requests. If you would like additional cleanings during your reservation, please notify us in advance so we can work to adjust the costs and schedule our team. Please note that any additional cleanings will not include restocking of consumable amenities and will minimally incur an additional cost in the same amount as the cleaning fee attributed to your reservation at the time of booking, but may incur a higher cost depending on the requested scope of cleaning. Host is not responsible for any personal property belonging to guests that remains on the premises during an additional cleaning.
EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE & HOST ACCESS – Certain activities related to maintaining the exterior areas of the premises that do not require entry to the home may be completed without advance notice during any reservation. These activities may include, but are not limited to lawn mowing, landscaping, snow removal, etc. In the summer months, we may use a timer-operated sprinkler system to ensure frequent watering of any grass-covered areas on the premises. Watering is typically scheduled to occur during the very early morning hours (between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM), but the exact schedule may vary. Water pressure inside the home may be reduced while the sprinkler system is operating. On certain occasions, we may need to coordinate the scheduling of Host or agent entry to the premises during your stay. If your reservation is for a duration of 7 nights or longer, we may need to coordinate the scheduling of housekeeping and/or periodic inspections during your stay and, in the event these services are warranted, guests will be provided 24 hours advance notice of entry to the premises. If the premises appear to have been left vacant for greater than 24 consecutive hours during any reservation, we may need to access the premises to check interior conditions and ensure continued security. If other emergency access is required, every effort will be made to provide advance notice, but that may not be possible. The qualifications for emergency access are entirely at Host's discretion and may include any measures to ensure compliance with our House Rules.
COMMERCIAL USE – Filming, photography, commercial, and any non-standard use of the premises are strictly prohibited without Host's prior written consent. A contract may be required for any such use and additional charges will apply. Any use of the property for these purposes will incur a minimum additional charge of $2,000 per day.
