This specific lockout rental option is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, providing 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out on the second floor: three bedrooms feature cozy King beds with private baths, the fourth bedroom offers two Queen beds with a private bath, and the fifth bedroom is ideal for children or groups with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks and its own private bath. Please note that with this rental configuration, the third floor of the house remains locked and unavailable.

The first floor is dedicated to gathering and relaxation, featuring an open-plan living room with ample seating and a spacious dining area. The chef of your group will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts state-of-the-art features including two refrigerators/freezers, two ovens, two dishwashers, a stovetop, microwave, and an ice maker.
