Designed for effortless living, the home features 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Each of the three bedroom suites includes its own full bath, ensuring privacy and convenience, while a fourth full bath is located off the main living area so nobody has to wait in line. The sleeping arrangements include a King suite with an en suite bath, a Queen suite with an en suite bath, and a Bunk suite featuring two twin-over-twin bunks and its own full bath. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

The main floor impresses with vaulted ceilings and an open-concept layout that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and full cookware, all centered around a convenient island with seating. For your comfort and entertainment, the home includes Smart TVs, fast WiFi, room-darkening shades, and a washer and dryer.

Step outside to find a quiet covered back porch overlooking a peaceful pond with no neighbors behind you, complete with string lights, an electric grill, and seating for six. You will also find an outdoor shower and cornhole available in the carport for extra fun.

Located within the Summer Salt community, you are just a short walk away from a zero-entry pool with cabanas and lounge seating, a fire pit, and a putting green. Romar Beach access is less than a mile away, and the property makes beach days easy with an exterior closet stocked with a beach cart, wagon, chairs, umbrella, and toys. The area is also close to The Wharf, Gulf State Park, both Sportsplexes, and various shopping and dining options.
