The property features a spacious layout with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. On the first floor, you will find the gulf-facing master bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bath. The second floor houses five additional bedrooms: four king bedrooms (two of which are directly gulf-facing) and a dedicated bunk room equipped with one twin-over-twin bunk and one full-over-full bunk. For extra flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa.

The interior is defined by an open floor plan that merges the living area and kitchen, both bathed in natural light from abundant gulf-facing windows. The full-service kitchen is exceptionally equipped for large groups, featuring a large island with bar seating, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and two ovens. The living room provides cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, creating a perfect hub for relaxation.

Step outside to the balcony to feel the salty gulf breeze or take the private boardwalk directly to the water's edge.
