Recently finished in May of 2022, this inviting residence is perfectly suited for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or any coastal retreat in between.

This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms boast King beds and private bathrooms, while a third bedroom offers a King bed and shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which contains 2 Queen beds. Additionally, a Bonus Bunk area located at the top of the stairs provides a Twin-over-Twin bunk for extra guests. Each bedroom is equipped with cozy accommodations and flat-screen TVs.

The main living space consists of a cozy living room and dining area paired with a state-of-the-art kitchen. This area flows seamlessly into a spacious, south-facing covered porch, an ideal spot to relax and enjoy stunning views and the refreshing ocean breeze.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Guests under 25 may be considered with written approval and a refundable damage deposit
• Special Events: Weddings and other events must be approved in writing and are subject to an event fee
• Requirement: All guests must sign a reservation agreement to complete the booking and receive check-in instructions
