On the second floor, you will find a primary bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite full bath featuring a walk-in shower. A second guest room also offers a king size bed and its own en-suite full bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest room contains two queen size beds, while a dedicated bunk area provides a custom twin over twin bunk bed set. For additional flexibility, the first-floor living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa.

The home is designed for gathering and relaxation. The first floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a granite breakfast bar. A large dining table provides seating for 6-8 guests. Guests can step out onto the balcony and large patio, which includes seating for seven and a chaise lounger. The interior is completed by a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and multiple guest bathrooms with shower/tub combos.

Location and Neighborhood: Situated just steps from sugary sand beaches, the home provides direct beach access across the street. Guests are within walking distance of the Gulf Shores State Park and Lodge, the Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, and 'The Hang Out.' The area is a hub for adventure, located a short drive from the Gulf State dog park, nature trails, and bike paths.
