Welcome home to Romar Beach 301, a family-friendly condo where you can discover the soft, white sand beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama and swim in the gulf's beautiful waters. Imagine yourself relaxing on your private balcony, watching the sunrise over a cup of coffee or enjoying a cocktail as the sun sets into the horizon. This beachfront retreat is designed for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a queen-size bed, upgraded linens, a flat-screen TV, and a private entrance to the balcony, along with an ensuite primary bath featuring a walk-in shower. For additional guests, the guest room is equipped with two sets of twin-size bunk beds with upgraded linens. A second full guest bath with a shower/tub combo is also available.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, guests are surrounded by a family-friendly atmosphere. The town offers a wealth of activities, including charter fishing, jet ski and boat rentals, para-sailing, and dolphin or sunset sailboat cruises. You can explore the beautiful back bays, visit amusement parks, enjoy local golf courses, or shop at outlet malls. For entertainment, the Wharf Amphitheater hosts live concerts, and the area is dotted with great restaurants for all ages.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via a code-operated front door, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Pets are not allowed, and loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. Renters must be at least 25 years old; for groups of single adults, all guests must be 25+ with valid ID provided. A completed rental agreement is required for access. Please note the condo is located at the southern end of the building overlooking the beach, with the elevator situated toward the northern end. Two parking passes are included and must be displayed in your windshield.
