One parking pass is included with your reservation; an additional pass may be purchased by contacting the management office. While linens and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided, guests should bring extra supplies, seasonings, coffee filters, and beach towels.

Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $225 per pet, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. For those planning a winter retreat, specific policies apply: reservations for January and February made prior to October 1st require a 60-day minimum stay. Reservations made after October 1st for these months vary between three or seven nights. Additionally, special monthly 'Snowbird' rates are available from November through February for extended stays.
