The primary bedroom is a sanctuary featuring a king-size bed, a twin-size day bed, and a private balcony. Guest Room 1 offers a king-size bed and a twin-size bed with its own ensuite full bath and balcony access, while Guest Room 2 provides a king-size bed and an ensuite full bath. For children or additional guests, the bunk room is equipped with two sets of twin-size bunk beds. The living area is designed for comfort with plenty of seating and a queen-size sleeper sofa.

• Minimum Age: Must be at least 25 years old to rent; proof of age is required for all guests in groups of single adults.
• Pets: Dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs (up to 65lbs each). A $250 non-refundable fee per animal applies, and a signed Dog Addendum is required.
• Smoking: Prohibited inside the home and on balconies.
• Restrictions: Loud parties or gatherings are not tolerated. An additional $500 event fee applies to weddings or receptions and must be approved upon booking.
• Summer Season: A 7-night minimum rental (Saturday to Saturday) applies during summer months.
