This spacious retreat features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for variety and comfort: the primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed with private balcony access, the second bedroom also features a king-size bed, and the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is ideal for families, featuring two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (please note that children six years or younger should not use the top bunk). Additionally, the living area includes a sofa sleeper for extra guests.

The home is located within East 15 Cottages, a quiet and charming community comprising only 15 cottages. Residents and guests share a refreshing outdoor unheated pool, perfect for relaxing between beach trips. Inside, the home is finished with modern vinyl plank flooring throughout. The living room provides seamless access to a balcony, while the fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials, a dining table for two, and three barstools at the counter. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located inside the home.
