The second floor provides further versatility with a gulf-facing king bedroom and a gulf-facing queen bedroom, both with private bathrooms, plus a fifth bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. The final two bedrooms share a bathroom; one is equipped with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, while the other features a queen bed.

The home is built for entertaining, boasting an open floor plan with a cozy living room and a fully stocked large kitchen featuring a double refrigerator, bar area seating, and a formal dining table.
