This spacious layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and direct access to the 3rd-floor balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed (please note that children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk). For additional sleeping space, the living area includes a convenient sleeper sofa.

Inside the condo, you will find a blend of practical and stylish details, including vinyl tile flooring throughout the entire unit. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your home away from home, featuring a dining area that seats six plus four barstools for extra seating. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the unit, and keyless entry ensures you can skip the long lines during check-in and check-out.

Situated in one of Orange Beach's most desirable locations, guests have access to amenities galore. Enjoy four outdoor pools, including a zero-entry pool, a heated indoor pool, four hot tubs, two saunas, a children's pool and splash pad, a tennis court, and a fitness center with stunning Gulf views.

Important Note: SeaChase will begin an 18-month modernization project on breezeways and elevators on or about August 10, 2026. This project involves repairing breezeways (which may produce loud noise and concrete dust) and elevator replacements. From October 2026 to March 2027, only one operational elevator will be available. Center tower modernization is slated for August 2027. Dates are subject to change.
