The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests: the main level features two king suites, the second floor offers a third king bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a trundle, and the third floor hosts a charming Crow’s Nest with a day bed and trundle.

Guests enjoy access to a wealth of neighborhood luxury amenities, including a Gulf front pool, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a sauna, and tennis and pickleball courts. For your convenience, a 4-seat golf cart is provided in-home for easy access to the beach, which is just a 4-minute walk away.

• Fees: A non-refundable $100 damage/management fee is charged in lieu of a security deposit.
