Designed for comfort and convenience, this residence features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and views: the primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a sofa sleeper, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub. Two additional bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, while the second bedroom provides a versatile bunk bed setup with a twin on top, a full on the bottom, and a twin trundle. For a touch of luxury and convenience, three of the four bedrooms provide direct access to the balcony, creating the perfect space for witnessing sunrises or enjoying evening relaxation.

Inside, you will find ceramic tile flooring throughout the unit. The fully equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, featuring a dining table that seats eight and four additional barstools for extra seating. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located inside the unit for your ease.

While the condo itself is a sanctuary, guests have access to a wide array of community features. Without purchasing extra access, you can enjoy four outdoor tower pools, tennis courts, and local food trucks. For those seeking more, the optional Clubhouse offers a beach-front community pool with a bar and grill, a fitness center, an indoor pool, an onsite arcade, a sauna, a steam room, and towel service. Please note that the Clubhouse fee is $57 per day per unit (up to $315 for seven days), payable directly to the Beach Club.

Practical details include keyless entry for a hassle-free arrival. Parking passes are $42 each plus tax; two are automatically applied, and visitor passes are available for $7 per day. Registration is required for all vehicles.
