The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms equipped with king-size beds and a third bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed (please note that children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk).

The interior is finished with stylish vinyl plank flooring throughout. For your convenience, the unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home away from home, including a dining table that seats four and three additional barstools. The living room and primary bedroom both provide direct access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze. A full-size washer and dryer are also located inside the unit for your convenience.

Important Maintenance Notices: Guests should be aware of two upcoming projects. A Breezeway Recoating Project is scheduled from September 14, 2026, through November 1st, with daily work from 7:00 a.m. until dusk, which may result in increased noise levels. Additionally, a parking lot resurfacing and restriping project is expected during the fall months; specific dates and instructions will be communicated once finalized.
